My name is Sam Bruynseels, and my mission is to help people and organizations unlock stronger performance and leadership at every level.

What sets me apart is the unique synergy between my academic background and leadership experience. With a foundation in both economics and psychology, I have built a career as a management consultant, senior executive and entrepreneur; bridging analytical insight with practical leadership.

How I Work

• Consultant – I support organizations with cross-functional decision-making, as well as transformation and change projects that demand clarity, alignment, and execution.

• Counselor – I guide leaders and managers through a constructive, non-confrontational approach, addressing both individual and organizational dynamics to foster sustainable growth.

• Interim Manager – I step into C-level roles (CEO, CCO, CFO, CHRO) to provide hands-on leadership, stabilize transitions, and accelerate results.

About DEMILOURD

The gentleman in the picture, who also graces the logo, was my beloved grandfather, Charles Bruynseels. He was a professional boxer in the 1920s, fighting fiercely in the light heavyweight category. Throughout his life, he endearingly misspelled his weight division in French, and this charming quirk lives on in the name of my company, a tribute to his unique legacy. 

Despite my enthusiasm for boxing, I did not inherit my grandfather's talent in the sport. Therefore I pursued a different career path but nevertheless I bring the same tenacity and results-oriented focus to my professional endeavors.
